Originally built in 1960 by I.M. Pei and Associates, Houghton Hall currently serves as a Science Hall for SUNY Fredonia. In the past few years, complaints of leaks were increasing. As a result we were hired on to redesign the various failing parts of the façade.
As Project Architect my duties included:
Site surveying, cost estimation, specification creation, design of the repair details, and drafting the construction documents.
